Absolutely brilliant.... Do not hesitate, these guys know exactly what they are doing, and they do it so well, they found knots i never knew existed... And i am so grateful for the tension they have released in mymuscles, dry needling was amazing dont hesitate to book worth every penny, i cannot wait to visit again, thank you so much guys im sorry i got emotional, but i have been carrying these pains, tension and problems round for so long, finally getting (non pharmaceutical) natural amazing relief was very overwhelming for me thank you sooooo much.

Went for a deep tissue massage after experiencing pain in my right shoulder. Iwona was great and really knowledgeable about how muscles nerves and tendons all interlink across the body. She showed me on wall charts what was happening and got to work sorting things out. I was really pleased with the results and will be going back to ensure I don't get any repeat of this pain.

My diagnosis was explained and treatment applied. I am amazed that with dry needling and manipulation to my lower leg I am now walking properly and not putting pressure on the bursa in my foot. This will aid recovery quickly. I am returning for a follow up next week. Great service and thank you very much

Absolutely fantastic. Fixed an issue that I have had with my shoulder for 12 years in just two sessions using a mix of dry needling and deep tissue massage. Can’t recommend enough!

I just came home, pain free after my second visit in 2 weeks to the Body Alignment studio. Chrosphero has worked extremely hard using different techniques to ease the pain in my knee and arm...dry needling and remedial massage to name a few, boy does he have some skills, Chros is a talented professional and I can't tell you how much I have appreciated his expertise in helping me improve my range of movement and easing my pain, I will be back to maintain his good work and would definitely recommend Chros and his team especially Lyn who made me feel at ease throughout the whole treatment. 🙌🏼
