Impeccable service as always. I was nervous to have my lips dissolved, after having an awful experience elsewhere, but Nichol put me completely at ease. She explain everything thoroughly, don't to what it would feel like and explained aftercare and everything I can do to minimise swelling and bruising. I expected a lot more swelling, it went down very quickly. I'm so pleased and they haven't even fully settled.

Today was my second time in with Nichol and she is fantastic. She is very friendly and thorough, she makes you feel completely at ease. The pretreatment forms are very in-depth and health conditions and medications are taken into account which is very reassuring. With my Botox she is great, giving a smaller amount first and then a top up only where needed, to avoid putting too much in. The studio itself is beautiful, clean and calming. I very much recommend getting treatments done here, you won't regret it!
