Great as always. Dee is very talented doing my nails and comes up with great designs and colours. Love my builder gel nails and proud how they have grown and look. After biting my nails as long as I can remember the difference in the length of my Nails from first builder gel to yesterday is amazing and Dee has to file them down now (wow) Always a great experience at Sublime.

Billie is a fab hairdresser and a lovely person. I’m really fussy with my hair, & fortunately she has bags of patience. Her colour ideas are amazing. I’d highly recommend her.

EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

Had my first massage with Sophie today after asking for a voucher for my birthday. It was amazing. She asked what pressure I wanted and told her the firmer the better and she really went to town. Plenty other places I’ve been before have felt like a tickle in comparison but she really made a difference. I could genuinely feel the knots disappearing from my shoulders. She made a point of asking about what is my dominant side for carrying my baby and seemed to pay extra attention to those areas affected from carrying and feeding a baby. 10/10 massage, would 100% recommend and will be back.
