EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

Dermalogica Pro Skin 60 has always made my skin look amazing. This time Sophie asked if I would like to add the Sculpta Power Play on to my treatment. The radio frequency seems to have made a real difference to the tone of my skin and I'm hoping I see an improvement from the muscle stimulation over the next few months. I feel safe trying new treatments because of Sophie's knowledge and expertise.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere as always. All the staff are friendly and accommodating ( I am disabled). I had Billie cutting my hair and I was delighted with the results. She gave me great advice on colouring my hair next time and booked me in straight away. Dawn waxed my eyebrows and I tried hybrid brows for the first time. Again I was delighted with the results and will try the more permanent treatment next time. I highly recommend trying out this salon and you won’t be disappointed. I recommend this salon to all my friends. Thank you girls x

Absolutely fantastic service. Totally holiday ready. First time getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted, over the moon with them. Cried with joy when I saw my eyebrows. Dee is amazing.

Love getting my nails done here, you go with awful nails and, thanks to Dee, come out looking fabulous. Friendly and lovely clean salon, always have a laugh. Would highly recommend them.

Amazing, I was dreading my pre holiday wax as always but Amy was amazing kept me chatting and it was honestly the LEAST painful waxing session I have ever had! I’ll definitely be back ☺️

I have been going to Toni for my beauty treatments for many years. She’s the best brow person I’ve gone to. I’ve had them done all over the country and Toni is the best at getting the right shape and colour that lasts. Her waxing is great. I always feel confident with Toni and she makes you feel very relaxed. My nails always look lovely and I love the way Toni is multi skilled so you can get everything done in one visit. She is such a lovely person and has also got a great sense of humour as we have a good giggle when I visit. She’s smart about her prices too! Reasonable. She’s fab!
