Reshma is the best. The level of quality of her treatments, advices and after care are some of the best I’ve tried in London. Alex was wonderful. He was very patient and clear. He gave me good advice, without trying to sell my on services or products. I instantly felt at ease, comfortable and trustworthy. Wow!!!! Just amazing. Suzelly has healing hands. As a practitioner she is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is absolutely stunning and so relaxing. I fell asleep twice during my facial and left with absolutely amazing glowing skin. Thanks guys you’re all amazing. Dr Zoya is sensational. She has a calm, charming, and soft manner and always explains anatomy in detail as I tend to have a million and one questions. She takes her time to go through all the steps and after care so I’m best prepared for how to heal. I don’t trust any other clinic other than Dr Zoya to do any facial aesthetics after having such a wonderful couple of experiences. I got the hydra facial and I was blown away by how amazing my experience was. Unfortunately, I don't know the lady's name that I had for this service but she was wonderful and talked me through the whole process. The soothing music really gave such an all around beautiful experience which felt like I was being rocked to sleep. I wasn't able to sign up as a member on the day but I will be calling them soon to do so because I will definitely be coming back. My face feels so clear and soft. I was handled with so much care especially as a first facial. Great experience.

Service was delivered with care. Treatments are explained to you such as what it contains, what it does and how much dosage you will get. After care is also described to you so you know what to expect. Overall: it’s a wonderful place to go for any facial treatment. Thank you very much RB Team.
