Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. Fran is such a gem, I'm so glad I happened upon her clinic. I've been for facials, brows and lashes, and her skill and expertise across all areas is second to none. I was a bit apprehensive before having my first ever peel, but Fran was so reassuring both beforehand by message and during (by answering my neverending stream of questions!) that I felt completely at ease. I ended up with great results from the peel with zero downtime, which is a testament to Fran's experience of treating different skin types! She's both an incredible professional and a lovely person and I'd highly recommend her!

I had a lovely body scrub, wrap and facial. Calming, relaxing and nourishing for body, mind and soul.

Absolutely first class service and the most wonderful facials . Highly recommend.

Usually I go to Keiko when my body is crying out for some TLC & my favourite treatment by far is reflexology but this time I wanted to try something a bit different & her Signature Japanese facial intrigued me. I know how amazing a therapist Keiko is so trusted that it would be both relaxing, holistic & beneficial to my general sense of wellbeing. Nearer the day I was hesitant as my skin is so sensitive at the moment & I was concerned it would make it worse but after discussing my concerns & being reassured I decided to go for it. Wow! It was an hour of pure bliss! Absolutely incredible!

Bianka took care of me so well as soon as I stepped in until I left. She took her time to explain skin care in detail. I like the fact the on top of the facial I get to enjoy the feet, shoulders and neck massage as well. My facial skin feels so hydrated and my body feels so relaxed. Thank you Bianka for such an amazing experience. See you again very soon.

Had a very good lash lift today with Bianka. I highly recommend her, she has the highest standards of anywhere I’ve been and her facials are amazing and as a therapist she really takes time to tailor products to your skin type.
