Really enjoyed my facial treatment with Rachael, it was very relaxing and the room was so comfortable! Rachael kindly helped me to understand more about my skin and how to look after it, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is happy to share it with you explaining everything clearly. So as well as having a relaxing time I also felt that I learned a lot. My skin was so soft and clear afterwards, and all products used were mild and gentle on my sensitive skin. Will definitely recommend to others.!

I had the advanced sculpt facial massage , this is amazing . I have never been keen on facials always seemed to have a massage but this is unbelievable..At one point I felt I was floating it was so relaxing . This is “not just a facial” this is a whole new experience that you need .. Rachael as always is so knowledgeable about skin care and she made the experience even more relaxing with the atmosphere and the lovely relaxing comfortable bed that you lie on .. I wish I could explain in more detail how amazing this was but I suggest you try it and see how fabulous it is . Thankyou rachael

I've been visiting Trevor Rutherford for Bowen Therapy for some time. Intensive to begin with, to resolve specific issues being experienced, and as they improved moving towards maintenance therapy monthly. I cannot even begin say how much improved my general and physical health is. Every session brings better flexibility and ease of motion. Trevor has extensive knowledge in his specialist area and health generally and I cannot recommend these sessions highly enough. I feel the best I've felt in years!!

Beautiful lava shell massage and facial today so relaxing. Beautiful surroundings I felt totally comfortable Rachel is just a lovely person makes you feel totally at ease. Rachel even advised Me on a moisturiser to use suitable for my skin combination. I'll deffo be back
