What a genuinely relaxing experience. I was nervous about my appointment as my skin is in pretty bad shape. However, Fiona immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease. I'm delighted with the chat we had and we have a plan in place which won't involve me mortgaging a kidney! My mini facial was wonderful - I honestly can't remember the last time my skin felt so fresh and plump. The products are gentle and smell amazing. Friendly, chatty and as competent as ever. Honest and practical about the issues with my face, and doesn't try to sell me anything I don't need. If you are new to facial aesthetics, I'd totally recomment Fiona.
