Indira was amazing. It was my very first full body wax, including bikini and intimate problem areas. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The facial afterwards was also one of the best I've had. Steam, massage, glowing after. 😊 I shall come back!

I had the best micro needling facial and b12 injection by Emma - I feel so relaxed, energised and pampered. Emma is the most professional and gentle paramedic. Never disappointed after my 4th appointment at black ivy. Recommend 100 times over.

I visited Birchwood Aesthetics as like alot women i was concerned about my facial skin and how it was ageing being a mature lady I knew I was never going to look 20 again 🤣 especially as I didn't want fillers or botox I wanted a more natural look. I was met by a beautiful lady called Audra she was very welcoming and I felt at ease straight away .I explained my concerns and she advised me what treatment I needed to achieve the look I wanted after 6 treatment I have had lots of compliments saying how well I look I would definitely recommend birchwood aesthetics x
