Had my first appointment at Remedi Medispa on 28th February. The clinic is very modern and welcoming. Kelly was very professional and friendly, and my wellness package was very pleasant experience. My skin feels radiant and plump. Look forward to my hydrafacial in four weeks .

I had a wonderful Tropic’s facial and felt completely relaxed throughout the entire appointment. Grace ensures that the consultation time is not rushed and demonstrates her knowledge of the products with ease, making it such an enjoyable experience. The products were chosen by us both and when applying, Grace would say which product was being used, something I really appreciated if I want to expand my own routine at home. First time at Phoenix Beauty today, my usual place has recently relocated, so was looking for somewhere local, and found this appointment for an eyebrow wax easy to book on line. I was given a friendly welcome by Poppy, where I waited in the salon, that looked clean, bustling and well equipped. Poppy showed me through to one of the treatment rooms, ambient lighting and very comfortable couch. She took her time and we chatted the whole time. I am very happy with the results.
