I really enjoyed my time at The Hair Boutique. I had a winter facial and a back and neck massage. Jo took care of me and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The only thing I would say is I left with some of the jelly mask in my hair round my ears however it was easy to remove in the car, but hey! Probably did my hair some good too! Loved it and will be definitely returning as the prices are also really reasonable considering the treatments, products and time I spent there.

I had my first facial today with Sophie and WOW. I struggle to relax but I found myself drifting off a couple of times. The weighted blanket, the smells and the relaxing treatment were all amazing. Sophie has a great understanding of the skin and has given me some aftercare advice to help regain my skins healthy glow. I will be making this a regular treatment ☺️

Absolutely incredible! Very professional and spoke me through each step beforehand. The weighted blanket was a really lovely touch. All the products used smelt amazing and my skin feels beautiful. Spotless room! Cant fault anything! Its was great to finish the facial and not feel rushed to leave! My first facial in about 7 years and I’ll definitely make this a monthly treat for myself! Comfort Zone was so good. The staff really took care of me after a recent small stroke and were so helpful and friendly. I felt very pampered with an excellent trim and a fabulous facial. My next appointment is already booked.

This was my 1st time at Iconic Hair and Beauty & I was made to feel very welcome. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me by name before I even opened my mouth - first impressions 100% gold star! The therapist Jen, continued the high standard of customer care. My head massage & facial was amazing, the whole experience was wonderful. Jen made sure there was enough blankets to keep me warm, the atmosphere was calm, warm & relaxing. I definitely drifted off into another world for half an hour. Highly recommend Iconic & will most definitely be back spreading the word. Thank you team
