Always a great experience with Rhian and always does an excellent job and takes her time and cares about her work a lot . Always has a high standard in her work and my nails are in a much better condition than they ever was thanks to the care Rhian takes . Highly recommended

First time going to Pretty and Polished with Katie for a new BIAB set. She really made me feel at ease, and nails came out perfect! She’s got a huge variety of options for different nail designs and colours. Will definitely be booking in again!

I had an amazing experience at Pretty And Polished. Katie was so warm and welcoming from start to end. I was a bit nervous as I’m a nail biter which is quite embarrassing but Katie never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was a nightmare client with hard to work with nails, she was so gentle throughout the whole process and done such an amazing job with my nails. I absolutely love the finished results and the service that Katie provided. I’ll definitely be recommending Pretty and Polished, and will go back again.

Natalie and Leah are brilliant. The are obviously experts at their job and very passionate about what they stand for. Natalie was so good at individualising care and giving some very needed advice about how best to look after my hair at it's ddifferent stages. The salon is a very quaint abd welcoming environment, very clean and tidy. My nails look fantastic and my hair test and consultation went well, now looking forward to the full hair treatment/cut/colour. Very friendly.
