amazing service! I trust and very comfortable with Linda for my wax shes so gentle, very professional, really knows what she's doing. Other service is amazing manicure, pedicure, eyelashes extension as well as ombre. All the employee are very friendly. The environment are clean. Now they start using natural ( vegan type thing). I will highly recommended! Amazing spa.

Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. Always a wonderful experience. I go twice a week for my nails and lashes, and monthly for eyebrow wax and pedicure. All the staff are amazing. Everyone says hi to me when I walk in. It feels like home. The quality is amazing!! I’m always happy with my results. Ivy can do any nail design, and I love my short nails. She does them perfectly shaped.

I had an appointment with Lynn and I liked that she took her time with me and was compassionate. I will be going back again to be pampered. I did have a lash curl and I guess I had high expectations and my lashes were not enough to get a decent curl. Lynn did say it looked a bit different and mascara will show the curl. I went in with the thought that it would show a but more and would not require mascara. I'm sure she did her best and perhaps I'll have a different method next time. Otherwise she has done a wonderful job and took her time with me.

Been coming for 4 plus years. I love how they do my nails (short). Great eye brow waxing and amazing at volume lashes, and beautiful pedicures. One stop shop! Everyone greets me and my son when we walk in. It’s like family.

Briar is always so kind and makes my eyebrows look amazing!! Her new studio is beautiful and welcoming.

Lena has been doing my lashes for a little over half a year now and it’s been a great experience! I’ve been able to test out a lot of different looks that I’ve never tried before and was able to pinpoint exactly what I wanted from each set.
