I have never had lash extensions before and minimal experience in receiving beauty treatments in general. Wow I was not disappointed- surprised at how at ease I felt with Jen. The whole session was relaxing her workspace is comfy and clean. Jen was really knowledgeable and professional. I have already booked back in for my maintenance 🙌 cannot wait!! My lashes look banging too - I lurve them, and on the school run I've already been complimented for my lashes (without me pointing them out!) and have recommended her for her work- such a talented lady! 👏

As always Tamsin listens to what I want. No pressure and always to my advantage regarding results. She is a treasure and I hope she will be in Blackwater for a long time. She really understands my very fine and rather difficult hair.

Had eyebrows and lip waxed. Sam was as gentle as possible while doing a quick clean job.
