Was very dubious due to it being a gym, however my mind was put to rest straight away. I'm not the easiest to find blood vessels in either, however brilliant experience, definatly going there again . Thank you

I’ve been seeing Ryan for a few months, initially for knee/joint pain, which was causing a lot of discomfort. He took the time to understand the situation and mechanics and has helped to manage it using various treatments resulting in a definite improvement in pain levels. Alongside the treatment I am now having regular strength and conditioning sessions with him to help build a strong foundation, prevent further injuries and to work on the fitness goals that I would like to achieve. Got my baseline calorie expenditure measured with Adam and genuinely learned a lot about what my needs are, and why calorie restriction alone may not be the way to lose weight if it takes me below the baseline. We worked out that with some tweaks to my activity levels, I could indeed cut calories while remaining above my baseline, and why this would be better. He took the time to go through everything and was very thorough. Worth the travel and the fee. Great help Adam, thank you!
