I've been seeing Fiona for a number of years. Initially we were trying to help me meet a specific exercise goal by improving my mobility, but since then she's continued to help me address regular niggles as well as rehabilitating some longer-term injuries. I always feel better and move more freely after I've visited her for a massage. It's always a pleasure to see her and my husband has now also started having appointments to help with his back pain.

I asked for a deep tissue massage and that’s what I got! Jazz got rid of most of my knots (there were a lot and they were deep) Very friendly and affordable! Recommended.

Once again a totally fabulous massage from Jazz. My body was feeling tense and Jazz relieved all those tensions which was very well needed after an overdue massage! Working her magic as always. Thoroughly recommend.

The massage was amazing, Jaz made sure she knew what I needed before the massage and we spoke over my goals and any pains. She was comforting for my first time visiting her too and we had a nice conversation through the massage but she also gave the option to not chat so it was nice to have that option. Also nice to not feel rushed and a free bottle of water was a nice touch for after the massage! Will definitely be returning

Always professional and gives good advice! Helps you to identify your goals and sends exercise/therapy plan online with video links on how to complete the exercise. (Good for me who has a memory like a sieve!) would definitely recommend.

Great, friendly wellcome. Obviously have the knowledge to provide the services they offer to the point of explaining the right service even if it wasn’t the most expensive they offer.

After a few weeks of hitting the gym hard, I started seeing Jaz for a 60-minute sports massage. Honestly, it's been key to staying on top of my game. She’s got the skills to keep my body in check, making sure I can go hard in every session without getting sidelined. I’ve made it a monthly thing now because recovery is just as important as the grind. If you’re serious about what you do, you’ll want someone like Jaz on your team

Fiona is fantastic, she has helped me come back from injury much stronger and with techniques on managing things going forward. She has helped structure my training to help with my long term running goals and has added progressions in as my strength has improved.

Jazmine is extremely skilled and knowledge in her field. Her techniques worked wonders, I noticeably feel the tension release around the areas which had muscle knots. Thank you again Jazmine, I look forward to booking future massage sessions with you soon.

Last minute booking which was really convenient. Fiona was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what I needed, working with/around my injury. Could have stayed for another hour easily! Will be back again
