Absolutely stunning venue! So aesthetically pleasing to the eye & mind that the relaxing experience starts the moment you walk through the door. Loved it so much I immediately booked another appointment to return the following day. Beautiful massage & lovely staff.

First gym session in over 20 years. Katherine was really understanding and supportive.

Welcoming, helpful and eased my nerves about joining the gym 😊

Friendly staff and great variety of gym equipment and absolutely amazing child minding area for my child she had a blast!

Katherine was so lovely, the gym was clean and spacious and there was plenty of room to work out in other areas if the main area was busy

It’s been a great experience reconnecting with a woman’s gym. Jo was my contact person from the start who took me through a tour of the gym facilities. Jo explained the membership options really clearly and recommended the best deal for what I was looking for in a membership. I signed up my membership online and then that Jo again to talk about the things I would like in my program program that I wanted to get set up.. I have another appointment with Jo next week to walk me through my new program and will follow up with Jo on a regular basis to keep my program progress fresh!

Inspiring women is a great gym, staff are lovely and facilities are good. I always enjoy going to PT sessions with Jo, she is friendly motivating and will adapt to individual needs easily.

Lee and her team at Well + being are amazing! Such a wonderful retreat for Dunedin. I loved the light therapy, sauna and cold plunge. Kevia’s Pilates sessions are a must too.
