It was the perfect experience to end my holiday break. Everyone was very welcoming and informative and the massage and facial left me feeling like I floated out of the building on a fluffy white cloud.

My experience was very beneficial, I was well educated on how to safely and effectively use equipment in the gym

Inspiring women is a great gym, staff are lovely and facilities are good. I always enjoy going to PT sessions with Jo, she is friendly motivating and will adapt to individual needs easily.

Amazing! Katherine was so informative and helpful, it was a delight to have her show me around. I 100% feel more confident at the gym now that i know how to work those machines. Thanks again :)

Very Good with Jo thank you. I must have some time in the first week or two to adjust to using my body in a gym situation again, so am not able to take weights expected of me presently...so we are adjusting the bicep curls downwards to 3KG not 4KG
