One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a salon, a comfortable and fun atmosphere every time. Theresa is amazing at what she does. She handles your hair with nothing but care and makes sure you get everything you asked for and more with out damaging and rushing through. I highly recommend her for your hair/brow services. Tony was my nail tech yesterday and he did an absolutely phenomenal job on my nails! Use the gel polish cat eye technique and my nails look absolutely stunning! He did such an incredible job and I am so very happy with the outcome! I love how Vivid Salon takes such good care of me whether I'm getting my hair colored, or getting my nails done. The prices are very reasonable, and I can always count on them to do a fantastic job. Thank you Vivid, for being so awesome!🙂💜💅💇‍♀️🤩😁

This was just one of those experiences you never forget. I took a chance on a random new salon based off google reviews and vibes. Cutting my hair after almost 3 years of growth was making me very nervous but all that melted away when I sat in the chair with this wonderful person. I had the best experience cutting my hair that I’ve ever had. I am truly thankful.

This was my first time in. I made a last min appt online last night for a hair cut. I usually got to barber shops cause my hair is short but I decided to try a salon close to home. The first young lady that was supposed to cut my hair was upfront and honest with me that she isn't the best with short hair cuts. I appreciated that she was upfront and honest. I ended up getting my hair cut by Maria. I showed her multiple pictures of the look/transformation I was going for and she made it happen. She keep my haircut looking feminine which I love! I recommend this salon and will be back!

Sarah not only listens to your thoughts on what you believe you want, but delivers. She is polite and talks if you want, or can tell if you just want to relax and rest while she works. One of the nice things about her salon is the arrangement - once you sit down, there is no need to get up until you are ready to leave. The wash basin is a turn of the chair, as well as the hair dryer. The most relaxing salon service around- oh and she definitely listens to what your requests are and delivers. 😊👍

I had a great first visit with Layered Locks LLC. Natalia is very warm and welcoming. We discussed my hair qualities and she proceeded to give me a VERY CUTE haircut with styling. As a newcomer to the area, she helped me navigate the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I am very pleased, will continue to go to Layered Locks and would recommend them to anyone. Also, her prices are very fair.

I had my very first curly hair cut today and Alejandra is a curly hair wizard. She took my layered hair and did her magic and now I have a proper curly cut with good flow, great volume and lush curls. What I liked the best was how she explained each and every step thoroughly as she styled my hair. She gave a mirror so I can watch and learn as she styled. She gave a lot of tips and tricks on the curly hair routine and suggested the best products to use too. Her salon suit is very neat and has cute decor and comfy chairs. Thank you Alejandra for a wonderful experience and a beautiful cut.

Very pleasant. The store is newly opened and has been anxiously awaited since e it's announced coming son announcement. I love what you do for my hair. I appreciate your honesty in letting me know realistically what my curly hair can and can’t do. I also like the location, not being in a noisy salon.

Sarah is very kind, on time and gives you what you request. She talks to you about what you have in mind for your hair and works to get you as close to that as possible. The salon is set up to where you don't have to get out of the chair to move about the salon, all the services are done in one chair.

Natalia is magic with scissors! Every time I visit, I get the best haircut (and color) that is most complimentary for me. Always on time, never rushed but Natalia is busy with her single chair salon. I highly recommend Natalia owner and stylist at Layered Locks

Natalia is fantastic! This was my first time here and each salon professional has his/her own suite. She gave me exactly what I asked for and gave me tips to help with my dry hair. She even gave me a free sample of a hydrating hair mask. I asked her opinion on whether I needed retouching on my bayalage, since it had grown out and she said no. I knew she wasn’t in it just for the money. I also fully support that it’s independently owned as well. Natalia does not disappoint!

This is my third time back to Theresa for her hair services! The best word I can describe for her work is THOROUGH. Theresa took her time to assess the current state of my hair and any inspiration or goals I’m looking for by the end of my haircut or hair dyeing experience. She explains every step of the way and shares recommendations freely! When I sit in her salon chair, I feel safe and I trust her work. Had a great experience getting a bang trim and a regular trim with Theresa! Theresa was very communicative and attentive to the services I needed for my hair. Her salon suite is pristine and clean as well! I will always try to come back for Theresa’s services!
