Megan has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and has had to deal with my hair every colour I could be then had the joy of correcting it when I’ve changed my mind about 93 times. Megan has never complained once about my hair choices no matter how silly they have been and is always up front about the condition of my hair/ what we are able to do without causing further damage I will never stop recommending Megan to everyone or even Jaz who she has taken under her wing who is also an amazing hair stylist learning from the best. Thank you both for being so amazing and welcoming always!

My mum and I got our hair done together and the girls were just lovely. So professional and experts at their job but also made us feel welcome. The salon itself invokes a homely feel, I really enjoyed my experience, I think we'll be back.

The dye retouch sevice was done well and i quite like the attention to detail with removing dye from my skin. The blow dry could have been a bit nicer, the brush caught on my ears a few times which was a bit uncomfortable and the brushing through my hair was a bit too vigorous. Overall a good experience though i enjoyed the minimal conversation as im not very talkative

We made a booking with fairly short notice. Unfortunately the time allocated was not available for the particular style service. The team contacted us to coordinate a time that worked and were extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful. The service in the salon was also fantastic. Definitely recommend and will return 👌

My first hair experience in Australia and I’m so thankful I chose this salon. Emily was amazing and made an in-depth plan before to make sure I was happy and was so friendly, did an amazing job. Overall wonderful experience, thanks Emily :-)

Jazz was amazing 🤩 first time going and it was nice clam relaxing was better than sitting in a hair salon with so much noise around you could have a nice chat and hear each other. We will definitely be back and be regulars that’s for sure.

Love getting my hair done at Koha. Have visited both Ipswich and Springfield salons and both very relaxing vibes. Very reasonable hair packages available which I love. Lovely friendly team at Springfield, shout out to Emily for my regrowth tint, cut and blowdry. My hair always feels amazing, best head masaages I will definitely be back again.

Emily was so lovely. She listened to what I was looking for, and didn’t make me feel judged for having sad, unhealthy hair. I tend to avoid salons as I’ve had some less than pleasant experiences with stylists making me feel bad about my hair but Emily was amazing. She wasn’t pushy about me purchasing different products which is something I really appreciate. Also the massage was so lovely and didn’t feel like a rushed/obligatory job. Overall great experience and I will definitely book with her again.

I found Epoch Hair on Google after not being able to secure an appointment at my regular salon. The service was amazing and I could not be happier with my hair. The stylists really take the time to walk through a consultation and give excellent advice for future options and after care. Let’s just say this is my go-to salon from now on! Thank you team, looking forward to my next appointment!

The place feel so cozy an personal. Was greeted by this gorgeous cat and that to me is already a win. Jazzlyn was so sweet and helpful. She took her time with my messy hair and teached me how to style it. My hair looks so good rn and I'm definitely coming back again
