Such a great vibe in the salon, with chill tunes, dogies trotting around, all the beautiful stylists are delightful....my special girl Nina is the best. She's so real & gives the best advice and most importantly is a wonderfully talented hairdresser

From the moment we walked into the salon, it’s was A+ service. The appointment was not delayed, the hairdresser was so beautiful and kind to both of my kids. She spoke to them, listened to what they wanted and checked on them during the hair cut. Amazing service from start to finish. We will be back again.

I am so happy with my colour and cut! Definitely recommend this salon. It has a really friendly vibe. I have a 5 month old who needed a feed halfway through the service and they were really lovely about it. I’ll be booking my next haircut here, zero hesitation.

This was my first time coming to this salon and Jess was so welcoming the moment I walked in she had the biggest and cutest smile. Her customer service was great and she listened to everything I requested. She even offered me a cup of water because my throat was itching (which I didn’t have the nerve to ask because I’m quite an introvert). She did absolutely amazing with my hair! Thank you Jess x

I love the crew at BIBA Croydon. I’d been going to their Eastland salon for years before they made the move and I’m so glad I followed the team to Croydon. Michael is so thorough, kind and always has helpful suggestions for my hair complaints. Always good to chat to too, I’d love to come weekly jjust for the TLC and banter 😂

First time at this salon. Caitlin did a repair on my hair as I hadn't had a colour and cut for over 2 l/2 months! She did a great job and my hair looks great, both colour and cut. She is excellent and a truly nice person to deal with. Highly recommend her services.

Alana is a skilled professional with a great manner towards clients. She is welcoming and accommodating, and takes time to check how my hair has been since the last cut/colour and listens to what I would like done. I thoroughly enjoy my appointments and the special touches like fresh coffee/tea and a treat. The salon is impeccably clean and I always leave happy with my hair and looking forward to my next appointment.

Jasmin was amazing. Have had bad experiences in other hair salons so coming to a new salon was making me nervous but she did exactly what I asked for and always kept checking in to make sure I was happy with how my hair looked. Salon was super clean too.

Caitlyn was lovely and was very knowledgeable I did have some questions regarding the colour of my hair (the colour was not done at this salon) and she is going to do some research for me to get my colour back to the colour I like . And the blowwave was amazing and so quick . Very happy

Great changes to the decor of the salon. First time Zoe did my hair and she was great. Apart from being a great human being, friendly, warm and welcoming, she did a great job on my hair. I had a wash, cut and blow wave, which were all good. I'm very particular with my fringe, which Zoe did a great job on. My friends all commented on how great my hair looked at dinner that night, thank you Zoe.
