First time at a salon in over 10 years. Had anxiety about going after bad experiences. I am over the moon. All the ladies were so lovely and welcoming i felt totally at ease. And love my hair! So i wont be pulling out the box dyes again from now on i have found my new salon! 10/10

We were recommended salon twenty one by our usual hairdresser whilst she is on maternity leave. Emily was lovely, listened and advised in the consultation and booked us in quickly. My daughter wanted a colour change, and Emily did an amazing job with the colour and services she gave us. She advised us that she has a 7 day policy, so if the colour fades quickly or anything isn’t right, we can come back charge free and she will fix it which was very reassuring. My daughter loves her new hair colour, and we will definitely use Emily again in the future.

Nat is so lovely and easy to talk to. She's always so accommodating and makes you feel comfortable and at ease in the salon. She's also such a talented hair dresser and I would recommend her to anyone!!

Loved the whole experience and would highly recommend I'm one of those weird people who don't like going to a hairdressers, but I was instantly relaxed and comfortable in Jordannes beautiful home salon. And my hair is amazing!! (if I do say so myself) Thankyou lovely ××

Been going to this salon for last 3 months Laura is excellent. Very friendly and great at her job, previously went to same hairdresser for past 20 years now happy to stay at Skins & Needles.

Yet again, another fabulous haircut and me leaving the salon feeling fantastic. Natalie is a brilliant hairdresser, wonderful person and we were so lucky to find her a second time! 🥰

Another fantastic appointment with Nat. We have been slowly working towards a new style, bright bold red to copper to brunette to almost sun kissed bronde. Every single step Nat has shown talent and patience, and she is truly the kindest person. 1000% recommended her. Even my 2 lil girls have their hair done by her. The time in the salon is relaxing and you feel like you can switch off. ❤️

It was my first time visiting JW hair , definitely wont be my last … so friendly and welcoming .. tried the Brazilian keratin treatment .. I was abit sceptical at first but after seeing the amazing results after and still amazing … so silky just after one day … I was Amazed … will be definitely visiting again … so happy with my treatments over the moon … thank you again
