Olivia had to detangle both new growth and four-inch tiny braids of my natural hair incorporated in my 12-week old twists. She patiently completed the difficult task over several hours, then installed a fresh set and of twists for another several hours. Although she is normally faster, she had to make up for a previous stylist’s shortcomings and take care of her 7-week old baby at the same time. I am sympathetic to having a baby at work, because I had to bring my infant son to my office when I relocated with no child care readily available.

Great service and atmosphere! Ms Slays does a great job of checking with you before a trim, and taking pictures. Excellent customer service however the silk press only stayed silk for about 4 hours.
