Staff was friendly, the facility was very clean and inviting, but I was cold during & after my hair/scalp wash which prevented me from relaxing. There was hot tea waiting when I got back to my salon chair, but it wasn’t enough to get me warm again. I wish I had either known to dress warmer (socks would have helped my poor cold feet), or that either the massage chair or the blanket they covered me with had the option of heat. I was also surprised that the head and neck massage happens while seated in a brightly lit room. For the price point I just expected a bit more than what I experienced.

Gifted this to my mom <3 She really enjoyed it Delight was her hair therapist Mom said she was very nice and she spoke Spanish ! She especially enjoyed the shoulder massage and the full body massage bed. Definitely recommend!

The experience overall was very good. The introduction for what to expect could be improved so the client understands the steps. Although I did like this-having some products recommended for your specific hair would have also been nice since I probably would have bought something. I think given more time and training/experience for the staff will be a good thing in the upcoming year! Will come back again!

Emily was amazing! I trusted her and was able to relax and enjoy the treatments. She was easy to talk to and explained the whole process to me. The spa itself was top notch and very high-end feels. What gem! The atmosphere, experience, staff, products, and tools they use are best in class! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff and spa create the most relaxing atmosphere. I’ve struggled with intense dandruff pretty much my whole life and have literally tried EVERYTHING from natural products to prescription shampoo. My scalp and hair have never felt better, I will definitely be coming back regularly. I booked my treatment with Ariel and she was amazing, she went above and beyond to make it the experience every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend!
