Thank you for the amazing treatments. Booked in for a rejuvenating facial and back massage. To my surprise with the facial it included leg, arm and head massage. So have had a full body experience. Feel amazing and relaxed. Lisa is brilliant!

Toni helped me recover from a shoulder problem I had in thr Spring with a pinched nerve near my neck and painful knot around the scapula area causing spasms and painful tightness all down my right arm. She played a key role in helping me recover recommending physiotherapy for the neck area, ultrasound, which I did with a physio. Recently I enjoyed a deep tissue massage as part of my training regime without any shoulder pain thanks to Toni and her advice and guidance.

I cannot recommend Toni at Essex Sports Massage highly enough! She has been instrumental in helping me recover from a sore bicep and persistent plantar fascia pain. Toni’s knowledge and professionalism were evident from the moment I arrived. She carefully assessed my injuries and tailored the treatment to address both issues effectively. Her techniques not only alleviated the discomfort in my bicep but also significantly reduced the tightness and pain in my foot.
