Sue is such a professional one. I got body massage done with her and it's so relaxing and soothing... I really love the way she's handles the customer. She's gentle and got the right techniques.. Love her service. I'm gonna visit her soon.

Gemma is friendly and professional. She found the issues in my back straight away and fixed them. She also went above and beyond doing preventative work on my other side to prevent any future issues potentially doing herself out of further work. She genuinely cares about her clients wellbeing and not just making money. Highly recommended

Haven't been to a wax in about a decade and never in England before, I was super nervous. Shaf is so kind and approachable, made me leave my guard down and anxiety at the door :) I didn't have time to be anxious because the wax was over in a blink, didn't feel much either. I'm normally very self conscious over my appearance, my extra weight, my blemished skin, I didn't need to be, she was very professional. And it's the first time I get great smooth skin without a major breakout after as I am prone to ingrown hairs. This is amazing, I'm booking again! Thank you Shafaq! 🌟
