I had a wonderdul Deep Tissue massage which really helped my shoulder aches and pains. This was my second visit. I can really feel the difference in my back and shoulders. Daiva is lovely, professional, friendly and very good at what she does. I highly recommend Daiva and will be seeing her again. Thanks 😊

Robyn is amazing! Just had an incredible post natal massage that has released so much tension and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. She was thorough in assessing my recovery and also gave me some advice/suggestions to take away. Robyn always makes you feel at ease and tailors each treatment to your needs. She takes a genuine interest in you as a person and is always so supportive and reassuring. I previously had a pregnancy massage with Robyn and attended the pregnancy Pilates classes too and they were equally amazing!

Excellent treatment as always; after a combination of Scenar and massage, I left the session feeling much better than when I went in.

There aren’t enough words to describe the difference Robyn has made to my postpartum recovery. I feel very lucky to have met her and have her in my corner. From postpartum rehab pilates, c-section scar massage, return to exercise assessments and physio over the past 6 months Robyn has pieced me back together after a very difficult pregnancy. Not only do I feel human again, I feel fitter, stronger and happier than I did pre-babies. I cannot thank Robyn enough.

Robyn is incredible! In one session she reduced my ab separation by 2 fingers using manual therapy and scar massage. You’ll be hard pressed to find someone else as knowledgeable, caring and bloody brilliant as Robyn!
