Very welcoming for someone who’s never had a sport massage before. Informative and really broke down the process and what was causing me issues in a clear way I’d understand. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future when needed :)

100% the best sports massage I’ve been to! I’ve used Sarah for a few years now. I have used other people in the past but none of them gave me the treatment that SLR does. She really looks after you and caters to your needs. With how much I train, I definitely feel a huge difference in my body after treatment and make a visit to Sarah during tough training camps to keep me in top shape! I would recommend to anybody!! Just give it a try and see for yourself

Couldn’t recommend Bailey enough ! Struggled with shin splints for the last 3 months on and off tried most things and couldn’t get rid of them. Bailey helped instantly relieve pressure off my shins with the massage and gave a variety of great exercises that are aimed at the muscles around my shins as we worked out muscles may need to become stronger. I Gained a lot of knowledge about what is going on with my shins and why it’s happening thanks to Bailey and now know what to do moving forward to heal them. Has a great setup, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will definitely be returning👍
