First time with Gabby for a sports massage through a recommendation and I’m so glad I booked in. Gabby really knows her stuff when it comes to relieving tension and targeting the problem areas. I would highly recommend Gabby for a deep tissue massage. She is such a good listener and so knowledgeable about the human body tailoring the massage to your needs. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable and explains problem areas and offers advice. Highly recommend.

What a lovely massage. I had been feeling really tight between my shoulder blades, and the massage has really released that. It had been there a while, so I am now slightly achey, but in a good way in that I feel it is healing. The environment was very relaxing and Gabrielle is such a professional therapist. Thank you.

Gabby is amazing! I have been treated by so many different people for back pain over the many years but nobody is as good as Gabby. She is so knowledgeable and always adapts the deep tissue massage to help me. She genuinely loves her job and enjoys making people feel better and out of pain. I have been to see Gabs twice now and I will 100% be returning! I have always been nervous about the idea of having a sports massage, but Gabs creates such a welcoming environment and made me feel at ease. You can tell she is extremely passionate about what she does and really cares about her clients. Her knowledge is great and I really liked that she was happy to explain her technique. She also took the time at the end of my massage to show me some stretches which will help target my issue and support my recovery. Would highly recommend!
