I arrived for my appointment feeling very stressed, but after Sophia used her expertise with a superb neck, shoulder and back massage, I left feeling so much more relaxed and the stress subsiding. The beautiful, serene atmosphere and gentle music has a really calming effect.

Stanley had the children's massage and Debbie is amazing with him. She understands what he needs to help support his condition and release the tightness in his muscles. He feels so relaxed with Debbie that he constantly chats and makes jokes with her. Debbie is the best and I would recommend her to anyone!

I saw Denice twice, very nice young lady. First visit Denice took down all my medical history and tablets that I have to take. Then she massaged all the muscles that I am having problems with since I have had two total hips replaced. I would recommend this Physiotherapy. Very good!

Fleur asked how my knee was responding to the physio exercises and when I said good until I played a game of tennis on 1/7/24 and my knee felt bad again. She explained no running at all until my next assessment and then gave my knee ultrasound treatment and a fresh strapping and deep muscle massage on the quad to help support the knee and the long muscle as it felt too tight.

I always feel uplifted and relaxed after my massage with Debbie.
