From the moment I arrived, the Jo was lovely and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen during the session, which I really appreciated. The space itself was very relaxing - the perfect atmosphere to unwind. What truly stood out were all the extra touches she incorporated throughout the massage that enhanced the relaxation experience. She found all the spots that were causing me pain. By the end of the session, I felt significant relief from the discomfort I'd been experiencing.

This was my third Ayurvedic massage in as many weeks - the first was amazing on its own, but I can really feel the benefit of having a few close together. I had an amazing mama to be ritual. Jo was so welcoming and the space is luxurious. I was comfy throughout and the heated water pillow and adjustable bed to ensure everything is just right for you really sets this massage apart. 100% recommend!

The Self Care Sanctuary is amazing. Best massages I have ever had. This time I added a facial to the massage and it was perfect. I’ve been to Jo a few times and will continue going. The room is calm, the bed is warm and so comfortable and Jo is lovely.
