Absolutely lovely experience, Natalie has a really nice energy and way about her. My massage felt gentle and nurturing yet still felt as if it made just as much difference as a more firm approach. I really can't fault anything, it was a lovely massage in a warm cosy setting and I felt really looked after and a sense of well-being after. Will be back soon!

I feel amazing. So relaxed after my full body massage. The treatment was tuned to specific areas of discomfort and tension. I could feel my breathing slowing down as soon as I arrived. First time here, enjoyed the infra red sauna.

I had a lovely relaxing treatment this morning with Padraig, who as always, takes the time to explain, what he is going to do and also takes the time afterwards to share feed back. I would highly recommend him, kind and gentle person ❤️
