This was a wonderful experience. Jen gave a very thoughtful massage, checking out medical history etc, and making sure l was comfortable. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, warm room, relaxing music, Jen did a really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my lower back & legs. Her hands were lovely and warm and the massage left me feeling so relaxed I just wanted to sleep and I felt completely de-stressed. Jen is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail. I'll be back for more, thanks Jen!

What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

I saw kirstie for the first time today as I wanted a massage to relieve tension from health conditions. For the first time i felt extremely relaxed and i felt the benefit. I’ve been to Collective Beauty by Design twice recently. Both times it’s been a wonderful experience. Corinne is Fabulous! Very warm and very experienced. She talks you through everything before she starts and does an amazing massage at the end. The salon is gorgeous. Can’t rate the whole experience any higher and recommend everyone to try it! 5 stars all the way x

Had my first sports deep tissue massage with Jen today and she was great. I’m not going to lie and say it felt amazing as it was far from it. She worked wonders braking down all the knots and kinks in my muscles which was painful at the time but I have felt really good after. I would highly recommend her, she was really professional, very clean and tidy and her massage was excellent .

I am feeling so good physically and mentally following my massage. The discomfort/ aches and pains to my back and shoulder areas had been affecting my daily living . I now feel more supple and experiencing a pain free living. I sleep much better as I am not aching. I will continue my treatment as and when required. I am definitely recommending this mend massage therapy. I have been a nurse for many years and was in need of this badly.

Received a full body massage, Bobbi was great and relieved tension in neck & shoulders in particular to eliminate any soreness/tightness. Comfortable room with dim lights/ambient music and heated massage table. Good facilities with friendly staff. I would highly recommend and will return again soon.

I have been here 3 times now and every time I leave, I feel relaxed and totally zend ,I have back problems and Jen has helped me , she gets to the root of the problem. Jen is the best Massage therapist I have ever been too , I would highly recommend her .

Monika was an excellent therapist - she checked I was comfortable before the Japanese head spa started & explained what would happen, reminding me it was my time to relax...the treatment was amazing starting with the eye mask & head scrub followed by lots of massage & skin treatments...Monika did a fantastic job & I'd recommend the Japanese head spa as an indulgent treat!
