What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

Lovely first experience! The lymphatic drainage massage was exactly what I’d hoped for from start to finish. This was a wonderful experience. Jen gave a very thoughtful massage, checking out medical history etc, and making sure l was comfortable. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, warm room, relaxing music, Jen did a really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my lower back & legs. Her hands were lovely and warm and the massage left me feeling so relaxed I just wanted to sleep and I felt completely de-stressed. Jen is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail. I'll be back for more, thanks Jen!

I saw kirstie for the first time today as I wanted a massage to relieve tension from health conditions. For the first time i felt extremely relaxed and i felt the benefit. I’ve been to Collective Beauty by Design twice recently. Both times it’s been a wonderful experience. Corinne is Fabulous! Very warm and very experienced. She talks you through everything before she starts and does an amazing massage at the end. The salon is gorgeous. I now feel more supple and experiencing a pain free living. I sleep much better as I am not aching. I will continue my treatment as and when required.
