Yaz started by assessing my problem areas, focusing on my tight muscles. The pressure was just right—intense enough to work out the knots but not so painful that it became unbearable. I could feel the immediate benefits once the massage had finished. Yaz also completed stretches with me which really helped to relieve any stiffness. After the session, I felt lighter, more mobile, and surprisingly relaxed! Defiantly recommend.

I’ve had a lot of massages, and that was the most luxurious of all!
