I've had.a lot of sports massage and physio treatments over the years. Josh is great! He listened to the issues I was having and set to work. I felt noticeable better before he had even finished the treatment.

I recently had suction cup therapy and a massage with Josh, and it was outstanding! From the start, Josh’s professionalism and expertise stood out. He explained the process clearly, which put me at ease. The massage was incredible—he pinpointed tension and left me feeling rejuvenated, while the suction cups enhanced circulation and provided a deep release. Josh’s personalized approach and calming atmosphere made the experience even better. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my mobility and overall wellness. Highly recommend!
