Very good facial however a little disappointed because when I arrived I asked for my eyebrows to be shaped but was told that the therapist who was doing my facial was not trained to do waxing. There was no consideration, no plan made to perhaps ask another therapist to do the waxing whilst the other therapist continued with my foot massage etc. I'm certain a little bit of thinking outside of the box could have resolved this. In addition, please can I ask that a lamp be used in the room as it is hard to relax with such a bright light overhead.

Chido did a fantastic job - my feet feel fresh, and I have such a pretty colour on my toes! Topped off with a lovely relaxing massage! Always such a spoil being able to treat myself to a pedi - such great value for money (especially considering that it's a luxury).

The pampering was great thank you! I was just disappointed in the fact that the half hour voucher I handed in on arrival had expired, but was only told when paying for the massages, so had to pay the full amount for leg and foot, neck and shoulder!
