This salon is really one in a million. Was booked in for balayage and haircut with the lovely Kerys and whilst there - Martyna managed to squeeze me in to fix a broken nail, Mandeep got me in for some threading and the gorgeous manager Georgie offered a complimentary trim for my baby’s hair. When my little girl was brought in by Dad, she wasn’t in the mood but the girls went above and beyond to make her smile - she even got some chocolate cake and a sticker! This salon can’t do enough for their customers and that shines through in all of them :) well done to all the team at Gracie B xx

It was my 3rd time at the salon. And I know it's more to come. I started with my finger nails and toe nails end every time I'm coming, I am leaving the salon feeling confident and happy. My wonderful nail artists doing great job.

Always a great experience. Warren is friendly and professional and I love the way he does my hair. He's always happy to give advice and recommendations, and thanks to him I tried something totally new I never would have thought of and now I love it and see it as a critical part of my look! The salon is lovely and clean, it's a very nice environment to sit in - everyone chatting and nice music but not too loud, still calm. I'd recommend visiting without any hesitation!

Friendly, professional salon. Best way to have your nails done, gentle on your nails to keep them healthy. Tried this after many salons with gel hurting me with lack of care. Give it a try if you've had the same experience, you won't regret it

Claire L is such an amazing therapist 🤗 She always makes you feel special for the time that you are at the salon, her skills with nails are second to none but her massage skills are awesome. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease and her ability to make you relax is just incredible. I can’t hesitate to recommend Claire whether it is for a massage or a beauty treatment. She is just wonderful!

My nails were all very short and broken so a real challenge. Delighted to visit this beautiful salon and thrilled with my beautiful nails. Every care and attention was paid to them and it all ended in a wonderful hand massage. Thank you.

As usual, Nicki is at the top of her game. She has great technical knowledge, but checks out with you every step of the process with suggestions and ideas. She does an absolutely cracking cut, and my hair is always looking very smart and sleek when I leave the salon. Very personable with a great sense of humour and great advice on a range of even non-related hair questions !!

It’s rare to find a salon that gets everything perfect every time, but LIMI skin pull it off :) Love my nails! ding and vicky are both very talented 💖

Highly recommend for nails especially Vicky who is an absolute gem! I love this place because the work they do is long lasting - my nail extensions didn't chipped or break and I got infills after 6 weeks. I am currently doing house renovations so I cannot stress how beautifully the nail techs do their work. The salon is clean, doesn't have that chemical smell which most salons do and the staff are all really friendly.

My first visit to Gracie B. Friendly salon, plenty of refreshments offered. Lovely therapist who did my wax treatments & made my shameful nails look pretty.

It was cold in the salon. Both girls were lovely,however I was a little disappointed that nails were not put in a drier and so subsequently two of my nails were smudged by the time I had had my ears pierced and then got home.
