I'm really happy with my cut after several not-so-good cuts at other places. Leanne listened to what I wanted and delivered a great cut. She and everyone else at the salon were super friendly. I've found my regular salon!

I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

Cam listened to what I wanted and the issues I had with my super long, thick and dull hair. I walked out feeling so good about myself with my new swishy hair and I had a lovely afternoon at the salon. Such a friendly and fun environment and Cam is smashing it as a junior stylist. Will definitely be back!

Lucy is THE BEST. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her nail salon is comfy, cosy and calm and the room always smells gorgeous. I love relaxing and listening to music or chatting while I have my nails done. My little monthly self-care pamper treat. Lucy looks after her clients too, providing complimentary drinks and snacks! Gabi is an incredibly talented nail technician. Every time I see her I am treated to a top service and at a very competitive rate. Gabi is knowledgeable in her craft and always offers ideas when I can't decide between a colour or design. It's also the little things that make this experience so wonderful, whether it's a cup of tea, a sweet treat or the relaxing and warm atmosphere. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nail treatments.

Today was my first appointment at Kikis and it was amazing! The salon is gorgeous and the girls are lovely, they made me feel like I’d been going for ages! So happy with my nails, they look the best they have in a long time!

It was my 3rd visit at Buff Nails. Lucy is great, always welcoming, drinks on arrival are a nice touch. As for the nails ...well, I do BIAB and my nails last very long without any chips or splits. Verity of colours to choose from. I love Lucy's home garden studio:))

Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

Chloe is always great - welcoming, clean salon, great communication, knowledgeable, always answers any questions thoroughly and so a non tech understands too! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed! Treatments are always perfect too, no need to go anywhere else.
