Natalia is great! My nails always look brilliant and it's the first time I've ever had gel nails that don't snap off! Love this salon, always a lovely chilled atmosphere here.

Ladies anyone who is nervous or embarrassed or just plain scared to go and get your hoohaw waxed. Do it! It'll hurt like a smack of an elastic band but honest to God, Pauline & all the girls in Cloud 9 will have you laughing & chatting through it all, you won't even notice! Professional, sanitary, affordable and honestly A TONIC. Treat yourself, you bloody deserve it xx. It never ceases to amaze me how great I feel leaving this salon, whether it's for the OUCH! or nails or make up. Do it. You'll be delighted.

My first experience in cloud 9 was only a couple of months ago and I don’t know how I wasn’t going here sooner. From the minute I walked through the door, the warmest welcomes and the best craic. I’ve had a spray tan(which lasted AGES ) and nails done and both have been exceptional. Special mention to Pauline and Jessie who have went above and beyond! If I could rate it higher I would. Liz is always so friendly, accommodating and great to have a chat with when getting your nails done! She does a fab job every time and I always get compliments on my nails because of her 🫶

The service was excellent. Was asked through my nail appointment if anything was uncomfortable (it wasn’t) and my nails are incredible. Natallia’s attention to detail is insane. This is the best salon I have been to and I will 100% be back.
