My initial manicure with Abigail only lasted two days when it started chipping. I informed the salon and they offered to redo the set. Kholeka redid it and she was amazing. She was so professional and even took time to explain how I should be looking after my nails and what to avoid. She’s brilliant and passionate about what she does.

Hazel did my set and she is great as always , lovely lady with great work . I just had an issue with the lady at the reception where after I paid for my set I suggested that it would be nice for the nail technicians to put lotion on your hands after a new set like the other nail salons and the receptionist said “we do if you ask” but like shouldn’t that be a standard where the nail techs put lotion on your hands after a new set and not having to ask ? ?. I just found her response or her attitude not quiet friendly

Service was great. Shop is well fitted and looks welcoming and fresh. I think the hostess needs to be more familiar with the options available. She seemed a bit flustered when helping a walk in while I was in the store. I was happy with my nails and my feet gel...will definitely recommend the salon to my network .

Technician great but she ran late 20+ minutes due to the previous customer not disclosing that she had two broken nails in addition to her normal appointment. Maybe just a reminder to clients to notify the salon if any additional time needs to be allocated and then notify the next person as a courtesy. Thank you.

My sister and mom recommended doing my nails with Monique and let me tell you, I owe them!! My nails look absolutely amazing. I had Gelx tips put on and Monique was so precise and she just made me feel so comfortable. Unlike salons, she takes her time and focuses on the details. I highly recommend her!!!
