This was my first time ever getting extentions. I had many questions and they were answered in a way that made me feel very confident that I was with a true professional that is passionate about everything she does. My appointment booking was easy to do online, and it started exactly on time. My weird allergy was checked for any conflict in glue ingredients very thoroughly.

I had an amazing experience at AND Lash Studio with Danielle! She did a fantastic job on my lash lift and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Danielle was incredibly nice and made me feel cared for and safe throughout the entire process. As a lovely surprise, she even gave me a thoughtful gift to take home, which was a wonderful touch. I had an amazing facial at Elva Medical Aesthetics with Allanna! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel so relaxed throughout the treatment. Today I had the owner, Paula, as my Laser Hair Removal treatment provider. Paula was very engaging in conversation and took great care to ensure that the process was comfortable and that I was relaxed and confident in her performing the treatment in place of Arlex. I was indeed comfortable. Paula did a great job, professional and friendly at the same time. I recommend this location of Elva Aesthetics as a place where you'll get professional individuals who look after you and are pleasantly engaging.

Always the best service at Elva Medical Aesthetics

I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.

Arlex is great! I can't say enough about how good she is, how professional she is and, how patient she is with a guy who can see past his nose once his glasses are off! Highly recommend Elva and her team at Elva Medical Aesthetics! 100%
