The experience at Elated in terms of service is always good, cause the girls are experienced. The staff are all so sweet. Only down side is that for spending a minimum of at least 450 - 800 dirhams on a 3 hour service you would at least expect to be offered a cup of coffee. As all salons offer even the smallest salons. Elated is more on the expensive side, so they can afford to offer their clients coffee. They went from having a whole coffee corner with a menu to no coffee at all, no middle ground. Management/Owners please look into this. You are supposed to be an elite Salon!

I came for a hair appointment and I was delighted with it. The staff provided an excellent service and Fatma did a great blow dry. "I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of my balayage. Francesca Saurino worked wonders, bringing life back to my damaged hair. She did an incredible job and was both professional and accommodating, offering great advice on proper hair care. Boho Salon was also very clean, and the staff, especially Stella, made sure I felt relaxed throughout the experience. Overall, my visit was outstanding and truly magnificent."

It was such a wonderful experience. They offered me immediately water and I sat with two talented nail technicians that did my nails perfectly even though my nails are too short. I totally recommend this salon, they do the nails with passion and they’re full of optimism.

Nice salon however pricey

This was my first visit to the salon. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. My stylist was great and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend for anyone to try this place out. Facility was very clean and the coffee is very good. Thanks again and look forward to my next visit.

The hamam was great! But the whole experience been ruined because of the hair drying part, the lady was rude and attitude and drying it in a messy way when i asked to only make the front (only left side) to be fixed she started with the drama “i cant it’s going to be deducted from my salary u need to pay 50!” 50 for what?? Its part of the hmam worldwide, if you cant dry the hair in a decent way just dont do it and give me the dryer.. its the weekend and one of the worst thing in a Salon is that you make a client walk out with a messy look or not satisfied. @lst keep a dryer in the hamam room
