A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

I would highly recommend this wonderful beauty practice. I have had a number of procedure done at the salon and have always been over the moon with the end results. Shellie is a very highly trained professional, who I trust completely always making you feel calm and comfortable. It is always spotless clean and welcoming.

Laura managed to fit me in at the last moment, and did a fantastic job on repairing my awful nails!

I have been going to Anna for a few months now for the most amazing facials, waxing, brows, eyelashes & pedicure. I would thoroughly recommend her. She is first class, so professional, friendly & makes you feel completely at ease. Her annexe where she does the treatments is a relaxing, tranquil haven. My skin has never been better & she goes above & beyond any beauty therapist I have ever been to. I love my visits & leave feeling a new woman🤩❤️ Can not recommend her enough xx
