I've recently had some corrective work on my face from overfilling and Lucyanne was so incredibly kind and professional. She talked through my options with absolutely no pressure to proceed with treatment, explaining how they worked with my skin in a way I could understand. I was so impressed when she used an ultrasound machine to detect the filler in my face - this made me feel so reassured that she would be able to target my problem areas accurately - and she did just that! Her clinic is in such a great location, it is so welcoming and the treatment room is private, clean, and safe.

I visited for a wash, cut and blow dry with Hayley. It was my first time visiting after moving to the area. It’s always a little scary finding a new hairdresser but I’m so glad I found Hayley! I’m so happy with my hair and Hayley was lovely and so easy to chat away to. The salon is a really fab space. Looking forward to coming back.

I will always go to Lucy for my aesthetic treatments ! I’ve been all around Norfolk and tried different salons but no one compares to the treatment quality and provides the service that Lucy and her team give ! It’s always a comfortable experience with no judgment
