Massage was sensational. Reason for 4 stars was sauna not turned on so we didn’t get to use that as part of our package which was pretty disappointing. Also felt very rushed with tea etc being brought in while we were getting into the spa. They used to prepare the tea and you’d have it out in the foyer.

Felt very welcomed, great customer service. Indulged in a couple's package but good value for money. Recommend a package that includes the sauna/spa experience. You could won't regret it. Personnel touches made it extra special! Thank you!

Ladda provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend for group bookings as the packages offered provide a great experience and value.

This is the second time I have been with Terre Day Spa. I always have had great experience with the spa from receptionist to the professional staff. I enjoy the atmosphere there too, made me feel calm and relax. Above all, great massage quality . Highly recommended

Our experience was wonderful, your spa is beautiful and built magnificently, the therapist who looked after me was very good with her massage, but when we originally booked we didn’t book for a couples treatment. It was booked by one person for the same package and I even called up on the day we booked and spoke to a lady and specifically told her that we did not want the couples room. We are friends & just wanted a treatment in seperate rooms. Also we noticed there is a couples price & an individual price on the menu and we were charged the individual price. Thank you

With just a short 15 minute drive out of the CBD from the moment we entered the salon we were pleasantly surprised and treated like queens. We spent 4 hours of bliss with our chosen package. My only complaints are maybe the owner could look at a choice of disposable undies not just the massive granny pants we were offered & and that the light lunch be given more time to enjoy as this time was included in our 30 minutes for the use of the spa and sauna so we didn't really get to savour their benefits. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Canberra
