Words cannot express just how amazing this 1:1 breath work session with Amber went! This was the first time in my life, I was able to successfully do breath work and by the end of the session, I felt liberated. Having found Amber was a very happy accident & an incredible blessing. I definitely will be doing this again and would highly recommend it.
