All of the staff at North York Ink were kind, patient, and committed to their craft. I got a piercing from Taylor and a tattoo from Hettie. They were both there to give me advice and provide me with an experience that helped me feel comfortable and confident that I was going to leave with exactly what I wanted. Their creativity and knowledge of their respective crafts were very evident, and I had a wonderful experience. Will definitely be going back!

Taylor was really nice even though I was late and was super clear when explaining how to take care of my piercings and was super open to any questions I had. Abby (the tattoo artist, I think that was her name) was also really kind and let me sit with my friend who was getting tattooed. Would totally come back for my next piercings!

This was my first tattoo experience and it was really great. Benjamin was very professional and expert to do this and made it amazing. He explained the process multiple times and answered my questions with patience. Hygiene was the first priority and entire process went smooth and fun. I extremely recommend this place for tattoo and piercing as my kid got two piercings without any single issue.

Today was one stop shopping. Tattoo with Edgar (the best tattoo artist in town) and then on to a double piercing from the sweetest piercer ever - Laura. Tattoo is beautiful (as always) and Laura did a great job with my piercings. I highly recommend North York Ink for your tattoos and piercings. The shop is spotless and the artists are top notch and very welcoming. .

All I have to say is that this place is absolutely amazing and the people who work there are absolutely amazing. I've been to other places , but this place is well worth it. Clean, friendly, great vibes, talented staff. They care about their customers and treat them with respect. I will never go anywhere else for a tattoo or piercing. I come from Cambridge, just to have the most memorable experience ever.

I went for a septum piercing. They were very professional and the whole procedure took less than a min. Very short wait time and very reasonable prices. I would definitely go back for more piercings and tattoos.

Sally was great at helping me choose a size and location for the tattoo. The studio is very nice and the vibes were great. I'd highly recommend a tattoo with Sally!

This is my first time at NYI, and by far the best experience for my upper ear lobe piercing. Taylor asked me how I was feeling and if I had any concerns. She was very patient with all the questions I had. She walked me through the process and was very quick and quite painless. I would highly recommend this studio and Taylor, and I’m quite certain all the other professionals are as compassionate as Taylor was. Will definitely go again if I decide another piercing!!

Being that it was my first tattoo, I went in not knowing what to expect. The shop is very clean and the staff is super friendly! I had interactions with several of the staff which helped to make me feel comfortable. My artist was Sally and whether it was my first, second or 20th tattoo, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!! She was very calming and gentle and helped make the whole experience wonderful. I can’t recommend the shop, staff or Sally enough. A++++++
