I always suffer with my stiff shoulder and have been suffering for lower back pain due to long hours working infront of computer. My bad. Wasn't really paying attention to it and have not done any exercise or anything. Till I booked my CRYO Physio session with Dr. Anam. She did the assessment and did the session with me with all the methods that can help to relieve the pain and enhance the recovery with the muscle stimulator/scrapper, localized Cryotherapy, trigger point release & stretching. I just did one session and I can already feel the difference. Looking forward to my next appointment ❤

Wow!! Anam, the physiotherapist was fantastic in addressing my lower back pain concern. She provided attentive care and executed multiple targeted treatments during the session, resulting in an incredible experience. Before this, I had no idea how beneficial physiotherapy could be and now I feel hooked on feeling good. I decided to purchase the 6-session package with 2 additional free sessions because it was an investment in my well-being, which is affordable by the way.

Everything is great, only need a waiting chair in the lobby for people waiting. The bench is too hard; need something more comfortable like the chairs and sofas in the Palm location. Also need trash bins and tissue in the rooms. Love the additional of Red Light Therapy! Love love love that!

I had an amazing experience at the Sweat and Go branch in Mirdif. Zabia, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly and guided me throughout the session. She explained how the cycling pod, equipped with infrared, red light collagen, and aromatherapy, would benefit me. Zabia also helped me find the right fit for the workout skirt and ensured I could comfortably watch Netflix during my session by setting up the multimedia. I highly recommend visiting Sweat and Go if you’re looking for quick results, high-calorie burning, and a relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff like Zabia.

With SWEAT&GO machine you can Enjoy exercise enhanced with Infrared Therapy and Vacuum Resistance for Lymphatic Drainage, plus a Collagen Lamp. It was a very exciting experience. I couldn't believe that I burned 1273 calories in 30 minutes and Private and clean rooms with a private bathroom and all the things you need after a shower are provided to you, all of which are provided by very kind staff.

Wellnest is the best wellness center I have ever tried in my life. It’s incredibly warm and welcoming, and everything is very clean. Physiotherapist Tugberk treated me for back pain, and I can confidently say he is the best I’ve ever consulted. He immediately identified the issue with my back and started addressing it right away. I haven’t felt this good in my back for a long time, and I no longer experience pain. Thank you so much, Tugberk. Their infrared sauna is also the best I’ve ever tried. I will definitely come back very soon!!

I recently had a manual therapy spine massage with Anita, and it was a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone dealing with tension or discomfort in their back or neck. It’s a great non-invasive way to feel better and take care of your spine!
