I had a really great experience I had never had colon hydrotherapy before, and I was quite nervous and a bit anxious. Within minutes of walking I Was feeling positive and ready everything was explained in detail, so you knew what was happening throughout the whole process and 100%. I’ll be booking again

Very professional service. I felt very comfortable. The sauna was great and the colon hydrotherapy was awkward but because I had Jamie there to talk to me and distract me it seemed like I was just having a chat to a friend. I have already booked for my next appointment.

Natalie put me so at ease for my first time colon hydrotherapy. I found it interesting, not uncomfortable, and all in all a positive experience.

Every therapist that I have had has been absolutely lovely and made me feel completely at ease. I was new to colonic's and really not looking forward to it. It took 6 colonics and 3 liver cleansers but I'm now getting the results needed to relieve my insides from all the yucky stuff thats been causing me pain. Thank you so much A1 Colon Hydrotherapy🙏.
