Really been enjoying the red light therapy for my mental health and healing my skin at a cellular level. I can tell its already been assisting in pain relief for my back as I have a pars defect in my lower spine. Its also been assisting muscle recovery from the gym. Excited to see the transformation in a few months time.

LOVE visiting infrared light therapy. The room is set up to perfection! Absolutely everything you could think of is in there. And sleep like a baby after laying in the bed for 20mins
