I have experienced prolonged discomfort in my legs and lower back for several months. Despite having received custom insoles and attending two physiotherapy sessions, I continued to feel considerable stiffness. Upon a recommendation, I opted to consult with Pete. Following a single treatment, I experienced some initial soreness for a few days; however, I subsequently felt significantly improved, achieving a more upright posture and a full range of motion. It is important to adhere to the prescribed exercise regimen. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the treatment and its results.

Muscles felt much better afterwards.

First session with Pete was excellent. He makes you feel very welcomed and at ease. Although the session was painful, which is what I expected, I thoroughly enjoyed the hard work he put into the session. Pete at the discussed what needed doing and followed up with the next session what is expected. I definitely recommend and give it him 10/10 for his knowledge and hands on work.
