Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Such an awesome experience managed to find every knot that I had and ones I did not know I had :). I have slept so much better since my visit and will be signing up for regular sessions. 5 Star all the way.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waiyee was very thorough in her questioning of what I was feeling in my problem area. And very helpful at talking me through why my neck had taken a bit of a turn. Extremely pleased at how much we got through in one session and went away with some suggestions at how to alleviate and also prevent similar pains in the future. Thank you!!

It was my first ever visit to a massage, Paul asked questions of myself and listened hard and then over the next hour or so gave me his professional skills and while doing so explained what he was doing and why. It was a great experience for me and he was great at making me feel comfortable with the procedure. I would highly recommend Paul.

Amazing friendly and professional staff always a pleasure visiting

Had a fantastic Aromatherapy massage from Esther. So gentle and caring. Perfect! There were power cuts throughout the session, no fault of Esther or the building, but Esther carried on regardless and was brilliant. Thank you so much Esther, I feel relaxed and totally chilled.

Another out of this world massage with Esther. She really knots how to get into the knots and the hot stones are very relaxing. Good for sleep, it really helped me sleep. Thank you.
